Will a main character be killed off in season five of Stranger Things?
There is an ongoing trend happening in Stranger Things which I can’t fathom how more people don’t find annoying. Every season, a new side character is introduced and then is promptly dead a couple of episodes down the line. In the first, its Nancy Wheeler’s best friend, Barb. In the second, it was Joyce’s boyfriend, Bob. In the third, Alexei - a Russian scientist with a lot of charm. Finally, Eddie Munson - the leader of a dungeons and dragons roleplaying club at school. By now, the dedicated Stranger Things audience knows the playbook. If a new face is introduced who seems to be getting close to a main character, that same person will meet their demise soon enough. The Duffers have stated multiple times that Stranger Things isn’t the type of show where a main character is getting killed off - but is it time being this is the last season? You tell me.

What were your favorite shows on Cartoon Network?
All because of the #RIPCartoonNetwork hashtag on X, a wildfire of false posts started making the rounds on social media declaring that the beloved channel was going to be shut down sometime soon. While that turned out to be false (for the time being), the whole misinformed saga accomplished its mission in a way and got me to think about what I used to watch on Cartoon Network back in the day. I wasn’t a huge Dexter’s Laboratory guy nor that much into The Powerpuff Girls, but I could certainly watch Ed Edd n Eddy all day long if I really wanted to. Courage The Cowardly Dog was another one that I loved - but only so much of it before I started getting nightmares, haha. Cartoon Network and I really seemed to have a renaissance period as well with Adventure Time and Regular Show. Regular Show’s ending tore me to pieces though - never thought I would say that for a CN series! Which shows from Cartoon Network do you remember fondly?
Are you excited for Longlegs?
Are you excited for Longlegs? I've been interested since the first posters were released, and the trailers really sold the film for me. Everything about it seems promising, and now that the first reactions are out, I'm even more excited. Longlegs currently has a 100% on Rotten Tomatoes, though there are only 11 reviews at the time of writing. I hope Oz Perkins finally has a movie that is loved a little more universally than some of his previous projects, like Gretel & Hansel or The Blackcoat's Daughter. Do you plan on seeing Longlegs in theaters? What have you thought of the trailers? Are you ready for Nicolas Cage as the titular Longlegs?

Do you have any hope for Hellboy: The Crooked Man?
I will always be excited for superhero movies that are not Marvel or DC affiliated. Not that I hate the big two comic properties for positioning themselves as powerhouses on the big screen, but seeing the underdog IP’s try and make a name for themselves is always nice. With that being said, my high hopes for Hellboy: The Crooked Man are coming down. The dialogue from the trailer is cringy (dark things call to dark things - really?) and the horror visuals just look so uninspired. On the other hand, I do like the fact that the story is not - once again - about saving the world. It looks much more like a down to earth folkloric tale which the comics are known for. Plus, Hellboy seems to have only one ally and not a whole team, which is also true to some comics. Do you enjoy what you see with the Hellboy: The Crooked Man trailer or will it be another failure like the 2019 reboot?

Are you disappointed that Quentin Tarantino abandoned Star Trek?
Much of the cinematic community and fandom continue to wait with bated breath while Quentin Tarantino mulls the decision of what will be his 10th and quite possibly his final movie. The director imposed the limit on himself so as to avoid tarnishing his legacy in his later years. For one brief, beautiful moment, it seemed like Tarantino might make an exception to his rule in order to put his mark on the Star Trek universe, but he ultimately decided against it. Are you disappointed, and would you still want to see Tarantino do Star Trek, even if it might mean it were his final film ever?

Do we really need five more Avatar films?
Two years ago, the official sequel to James Cameron’s Avatar was released - Avatar: The Way of Water. I have yet to see it and after all this time passing, I still really have no desire to. The world of Pandora was a beautiful thing to look at and the character of Jake Sully had a definitive beginning, middle and an end. He rebels against the power of his own world when he starts to fall in love with another. Moviegoers couldn’t stop talking about the extraordinary visuals . . . vivid colors that embraced us and never let go. Unfortunately, the compliments were never about the characters or the story. On the contrary, actually. Some said the plot was a paint by numbers job. The Way of Water had the same notions going for it - amazing to look at but the continuing adventures of Jake Sully, Neytiri and their children didn't really hit any chords with audiences. With three Avatar movies definitely on the way and Cameron publicly stating he does indeed have plans for a sixth and seventh, I
