What has happened to DeviantArt? ›

The site-building company Wix acquired DeviantArt in 2017 and “relaunched” it two years later with a new design called Eclipse, even though Deviants made clear they'd much preferred the earlier iteration.

There is also a lot of artwork with mature themes including violence, horror, drugs, and alcohol and more. The messaging and commenting features create risks of bullying, sexting, and meeting strangers. Because of these risks, no minor should use this app without a parent knowing.

GoAnimate (sometimes stylized as Go! Animate) is a cloud-based platform for creating and distributing animated videos.

On June 30, 2019, support and services ended for GoAnimate for Schools. GoAnimate for Schools was built on older technology (Flash) that will no longer be supported by all major browsers beginning in 2020.

Even those who claim to be on your side or care on that site are likely just trying to manipulate you and exploit your trust, only to feed information to the VERY SAME criminals behind your back.
